Franklin opens its very first Fresh Ice Cream Bar in the heart of Brussels!

  • 2 minute read

The summer is here and we have great news for all ice cream lovers – the very first ice cream bar by Franklin has opened in the heart of Brussels! Franklin is a premium ice cream brand, the creator of Belgian frozen recipes. Located a stone’s throw from the Grand Place, Franklin unveiled its innovative concept, a Fresh Ice Cream Bar aiming to show that ice cream is much more than a pleasure and adding a dose of a real experience. From July 2 and for the summer only, be sure to visit this first unique ice cream pop-up bar in Belgium.

A pop-up like no other

In six years of existence, this is the first time that Franklin has opened a physical location with its products. The company is a visionary creator of frozen recipes and the new pop-up will help to share this passion directly with all the ice-cream aficionados. Franklin’s Fresh Ice Cream Bar offers visitors a way to discover the unique way of creating and imagining its irresistibly original recipes. With the help of a somewhat futuristic machine from across the Atlantic, Franklin immerses the curious visitors with the brand’s flagship products.

La Vanille Cordy
la juste une fois
la dus-voila

An artisanal waffle, a nice dose of ice cream, a few fresh and original inclusions, a little passage with the machine, a few gourmet toppings, and voilà! 🙂 The result ? Frozen recipes like La Vanille Cordy or La P’tite Jatte, with a unique and incomparable texture!

Great taste & great quality

la belgorado
la fraise-moi une baise

Sure, Franklin creations are so irresistible but they also do not compromise with quality and best production practices. The brand has a production in Belgium as well as a controlled calorie intake, which allows consumers to dive into these icy pleasures with enthusiasm. For Franklin it’s simple, everyone should be able to have fun at any time, without ever regretting a single spoonful.

With the new pop-up bar, the brand offers visitors a chance to (re)discover the frozen universe and have a unique moment of gourmet creation & tasting. Finally, thanks to its innovative approach, stepping into this ice-cream bar is in fact a way of experiencing the delicacies of the future! The company also plans to open a second bar very soon on one of the main arteries of the Belgian capital.

Franklin fresh ice cream bar is located in Rue Marché aux Herbes 84, 1000, Brussels. The bar is open from Wednesday to Sunday between 11:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
