Brussels Beer Project will be opening a new taproom in Rue du Bailli 1 (corner of Rue Bailli and Avenue Louise), on the location of former Irish pub Michael Collins. After two years of work on this idea, the new taproom in Brussels is becoming a reality. The company was happy to share the news on their social media:
“As many of you found out, our new taproom is located on 1 rue Bailli. A huge step for us! We’ve worked on this project for almost 2 years and we’re super excited to make it happen.”
After the openings of BBP Shinjuku in Tokyo, BBP Pigalle and BBP Canal in Paris, the beer aficionados in Brussels are now looking forward to the opening of new taproom in June. This will increase the presence of Brussels Beer Project in their hometown, adding to the existing shop & taproom, located in Rue Dansaert 182 & 188.

Brussels Beer Project was born in 2013 and quickly became known both locally and outside of Belgium. The target was to add more modern touch to the Belgian beer scene. As the company mission indicates – “this time, no abbeys, we preferred Brussels : cosmopolitan, contemporary, vibrant. Our mission ? Wake Belgian beer up, dust it and get it out of middle-ages.”
