Under The Stars, a unique culinary pop-up experiences comes to Brussels from 9th to 25th October. This new dining concept made a huge success in its first two editions in Sint-Truiden and Mechelen. For the first time the experience will be “indoor” – the tastefully decorated domes will take over Tour & Taxis and offer unforgettable evenings in this unique setting.
What sets Under The Stars apart is the opportunity to go together on a culinary trip full of discoveries. The outdoor cooking in an intimate way aims to set stage in different unique locations throughout Belgium.
Different domes give you a chance to collect moments and create new memories with the people you enjoy spending time with. Lovers Connect Dome offers the exclusive all-in experience for two people while Souls Connect Dome is great option for smaller groups – family, friends or colleagues.
Unique culinary experience
Under the Stars is an authentic culinary story consisting of a high quality 8-course menu. It is prepared on open fire by passionate barbecue master Karel Knockaert, known from Tjop’s. He pushes the boundaries of outdoor cooking and puts all senses on fire. During this dining experience, the unique Tiger Fire barbecue literally takes centre stage. Guests can expect to be spoiled with a delicious mix of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes.
