We are becoming the most popular digital communication platform in Brussels, building this innovative bottom-up city branding initiative since October 2014! That’s right, this is not just one of the short-term campaigns to invite people to visit Brussels or to help repair the image of Brussels after the unfortunate events of March 2016. Our goal is to have a long-term, strong, community-led initiative, which unites many different stakeholders and promotes all different projects, which contribute to the creation of strong and positive ‘Brussels’ brand.
Since the begining of our initiative, we have had more than 40.000 contributions using the hashtag #welovebrussels. That means that we have managed to build a giant hashtag, which spreads and inspires the love for Brussels. When we started, there was only a few hundred photos which used this hashtag during last 5 years. We have created a community of city admirers and people who want to help build the attractivness of Brussels.
We invite you to share the things you love in the city, from beautiful streets and spaces, to your favorite landmarks and events. These can also include great moments, authentic stories, or anything that shows why you enjoy being in this amazing city.
