Brussels Music Agenda: Concerts, festivals and open-air parties in May

  • David Vidal Sans

  • 4 minute read

With Spring in full bloom and days getting longer, Brussels gears up for a busy agenda filled with indoor concerts from international stars, but also plenty of open-air festivals and parties all over the city and beyond.

Exciting concerts

Australian psychedelic music project Tame Impala, led by Kevin Parker, blends dreamy synths with introspective songwriting. Known for redefining modern psych-pop, their albums like ‘Currents’ have had a huge influence on contemporary music. Their live shows are immersive, visually striking experiences that attract both indie and mainstream audiences and will bring that to Antwerp’s AFAS Dome on 5 May.

Rising British soul-pop artist Olivia Dean is celebrated for her warm vocals and emotionally honest storytelling and the 2026 Grammy to Best New Artist recognise it. Her music draws from jazz, neo-soul, and pop, offering a fresh yet timeless sound. She represents a new wave of UK artists bringing authenticity and vulnerability to the forefront and will perform at Brussels Forest National on 8 May.

You do not even know how many hits you know by American rapper Flo Rida. The artist is synonymous with high-energy, chart-topping party anthems. With global hits like ‘Low’ and ‘Good Feeling’, he has dominated dance floors for over a decade. His value lies in his ability to consistently deliver accessible, feel-good music that resonates across generations. Catch him live in Forest National on 26 May.

Newer generations are already in love with Conan Gray, a singer-songwriter who rose from YouTube to global fame. He crafts deeply personal indie-pop songs about youth, heartbreak, and identity and stands out for turning intimate emotions into widely shared experiences. He will be live at Antwerp’s AFAS Dome on 15 May.

Madison Beer has evolved from viral fame into a respected musician, the American pop singer blends polished pop with darker, introspective themes and her latest album ‘Locket’ is a proof of that. Her music explores self-image, relationships, and mental health with a modern edge. She will take Antwerp’s Lotto Arena stage on 28 May.
