Best spots for vegetarians in Brussels

According to the famous saying, “we are what we eat”. While having a food blog is no easy way to resist temptation, these past few years I have been much more conscious about the quality of food that I consume and have even managed to discover not only some good bio shops but also a few delicious spots for a healthy lunch in Brussels.
