Art Thursdays on WeLoveBrussels – June 16th 2016.

Since Thursday is the day for most of artistic events and vernissages in Brussels, we have decided to start a new initiative – every Thursday our popular instagram feed will be dedicated to exhibitions, artistic parcours, and other culturally inspired content. Our arts manager and experienced curator Denis Maksimov (founder of Avenir Institute) will be guiding you through the maze of Brussels galleries, expositions and interesting art events that are creating the buzz in the European capital.

Here’s the selection for this week:

Mindmap – Curating Brussels contemporary art scene with curatorial mind map. Featuring inspirations from WIELS and Centrale for Contemporary Art.
Nam June – That time when someone decided to attack TV back: don’t miss ‘Connected’ at the Centrale for Contemporarty Art feat. #NamJunePaik
Simon Denny – Finding aesthetic in corporate currents: Simon Denny on codes and languages of the post-internet ultra-capitalism. In WIELS the whole summer.
