Museum Night Fever is back on 19 October!

Exciting news for the culture aficionados in our city, Museum Night Fever, the popular Brussels Museum Night, is back for its 17th edition on October 19, 2024. Twenty-eight museums in the city will open their doors between 7pm and 1am with a unique programme, especially designed for the event.

Emerging artists and artist collectives will bring the museum collections to life with their works and performances. This vibrant evening will end with two afterparties at Botanique and C12. Museum Night Fever is an annual event organised by the Brussels Museums, the federation that brings together more than 125 museums in Brussels.

What to expect?
Younger people will be especially happy to discover the diverse programming, afterparties, and affordable pricing. Emerging Brussels talent, such as art school students, collectives, and cultural organisations, are given a platform in a unique setting. In addition to focusing on young Brussels residents, Museum Night Fever (MNF) aims to make museums appealing to a wide audience, including those who are underrepresented in the cultural sector. This is also reflected in the programme, which features a mix of (inclusive) disciplines.

From the roaring twenties to ecology and geopolitical themes, to wheelchair dancers, ‘drawing karaoke’, operas, and beer tasting, each museum will host a unique and thoughtfully curated event. Visitors who want to continue the festivities into the early hours can head to Botanique and C12 for the best Brussels DJs, with beats, breaks, and even punk music.

28 museums for the price of one
As for ticket prices, Museum Night Fever remains straightforward and democratic: one ticket (€16 or €26 in presale) gives access to all participating museums of the evening, as well as to the STIB shuttle buses, including the historic buses from the Tram Museum, and regular trams between the museums.

Additionally, the wristband can be exchanged until 24 November for one free visit to any of the participating museums. MNF is also working with various partners to offer reduced rates, such as Article 27 and Paspartoe.
