Brussels start-up Contaynor launches its beverage delivery service

Founded in 2019, Contaynor focuses on providing zero-emission city distribution. Recently, this Brussels start-up launched its beverage delivery service.

We spoke with Pieter-Jan Wouters, co-founder of Contaynor about the recent developments and new services that company introduced during the Coronavirus crisis.

Contaynor is a Brussels based start-up and started as a zero-emission city distribution company in November 2019. We had B2B contracts for food delivery, and were in talks with other players. Nevertheless, COVID19 came around and as a result of homeworking our transportation assignments to corporates became unnecessary. We decided to tackle the B2C market with drink deliveries at home in Brussels and the suburbs of Brussels, which is especially useful during Corona times.

Our new service ‘Contaynor Drink Delivery’ is launched recently on the market – https://contaynor.store/. We guarantee next-day delivery, provide visual live track & trace and deliver everything with electric vehicles. We also implemented a pick-up service for your empty bottles. We also intend to promote local – Belgian and Brussels products.

ZERO-EMISSION DELIVERY
From the beginning, Contaynor’s DNA has been Zero-Emission city distribution. So naturally, we’re happy to keep offering that service. Your beverages all arrive in glass bottles, and are delivered with electric vans.
