Four Points Brussels Hotel launches new restaurant Root Market

Four Points By Sheraton Brussels Hotel just launched a complete new restaurant concept with the opening of Root Market, only a few steps away from the renowned avenue Louise. Root Market introduces local cuisine in a Brussels food market-like atmosphere in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods of the European Capital, in Ixelles/Elsene. Root Market is inspired by the iconic culinary scene of Brussels including the many food markets such as Châtelain and Flagey.

Four Points by Sheraton Brussels Hotel has undergone a transformation of its lobby and meeting facilities over the last few months and has 128 rooms and suites. The old-school, bike-themed interior design of Bar Velo pays tribute to all the great Belgian cyclists and cycling fans across the globe that share our passion for the sport. All of these renovations reflect our commitment as a hotel and brand, to offer a no-nonsense experience of Brussels,” says Scheepers.
