BK’s Table: New dinner concept for foodies

Sarah and Chloé are two friends who run the culinary blog called Brussels’ Kitchen, one of the online places where you can read valuable suggestions about the food scene in Brussels. Last December, the two of them have decided to go one step further and move from the virtual to the real world by welcome their community twice a month to their homes and organizing a special dinner experience.

The concept? A dinner for 16 people at Chloe’s place, in a cosy and friendly atmosphere. On the table? A four course menu, mainly centered around seasonal vegetables, local and organic, along with wine pairings. The dinners take place twice a month, on a Wednesday and Thursday.

A seasonal cuisine focuses on local vegetables and fruits (meat and fish are usually served in small quantities).
Brussel’s Kitchen has also teamed up with partners like Our Daily Bottle for the wine pairing, Delhaize for the organic products and The Little Green Shop for making the table as green as it could be.

The duo behind the idea wants to share their passion for good food and believes that contemporary cuisine can be both healthy and tasty!

The next dinner tables are oganized:
– 19 et 20 April
– 17 et 18 May

To get a glimpse of the atmosphere from the last dinner table, take a look at the video below of visit Chloe’s instagram profile. You can also follow their hashtag #bkstable2017
