Did you know that the European Parliament hosts a permanent art exhibition displaying pieces by contemporary artists from across the EU? A limited number of afternoon guided tours in Brussels are now available to the public.
The European Parliament’s rich collection of contemporary art, which brings together works by artists from across the EU, is a celebration of the EU’s motto – ‘United in Diversity’. Contemporary art holds a prominent place in the Parliament, with over 500 artworks spread across its key working spaces. It is a daily reminder of the EU’s journey so far and what is yet to be built and created.
