New season of film screenings at the European Parliament’s Info Hub

The new season of film screenings has started at Info Hub of the European Parliament! Different movies will be shown from September until the end of the year.

The 2026 season starts with the documentary screening of the Belgian film: “Out of the Picture” by director Ash Smolar, who will be present at the event on 3 September 2026.

INFO HUB OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT

The documentary sets out to find women who have created architectural works with passion and talent in a profession dominated by men. It examines why and how they were excluded from the key issues in architecture, and the means and forms of solidarity they are using to regain visibility.

A variety of movies will be shown from September until the end of the year, organized by European Parliament’s Info Hub in collaboration with different partners, such as Goethe-Institut Brussels.

Also, in celebration of the Irish EU Council Presidency, the Embassy of Ireland to Belgium will present four Irish films at the Info Hub.

Take note: Free entrance and no reservation required for the screenings. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

For latest details on all upcoming screenings, be sure to check the full agenda here.

Location: Info Hub, Esplanade Solidarność 1980, B-1050 Brussels.
