Brussels Music Agenda: Concerts, festivals and music events in March

Days are getting longer, nights are getting wilder and March welcomes plenty of international artists on tour. Kesha, Andrea Bocelli, CMAT, UB40, Suede, Lara Fabian, Jade or Wu-Tang are some of the artists visiting us, a clear sign that Belgium is open to all kinds of music! Festivals

March is Black History Month and AB has prepared a series of events, from concerts to conferences, starting with an opening night titled The Sound of Blackness on 1 March with performances by INNOCENT, Rapha, Fred Gata, and Adam La Nuit. More info here. 

From 13 to 28 March River Jazz Festival welcomes national and international artists like Adja or Margaux Vrankenin 3 different locations Jazz Station, Marni and The Seghnor. More info here. 

Hangar hosts the first big EDM party of the year at Brussels Gate Waterhouse (Groot-Bijgaarden) on 14 March with Odymel as invited DJ. Get your tickets here. 

Brosella Spring Festival takes place from 25 to 28 March with a focus on contemporary jazz at Volta in Molenbeek with artists like Dorian Dumont, Lupo Spaccaro, BEX, Wet Enough!?, Compro Oro, N∆BOU, OLA TUNJI (led by saxophonist Ornella Noulet) and The Brums. Programme and tickets.

Magma Festival returns to Les Halles Schaerbeek on 25-26 March for a second edition with the most innovative and alternative djs of the electronic scene. Info and tickets here.

BX. Live is a multidisciplinary festival highlighting young talent, taking place in LaVallée on 28 March. Live shows, DJs, performances, dance, exhibitions, live radio and more. The full programme will be unveiled soon. Get your tickets here. 

Shows

Delivered in stunning 360° to create a unique immersive experience suitable for families and date nights alike; Mesmerica has something for everyone! The show is designed specifically to promote deep relaxation in audiences, weaving together musical soundscapes with visually-hypnotic animated 3D art curated from artists around the world.

The inspiration of award-winning musician and composer James Hood, Mesmerica 360 was nominated for the Producers Guild of America’s first ever Innovation award in 2020 and in the same year, winner of the c3: Future Vision Award from the Center of Conscious Creativity which recognises an artist’s contribution to a better future through arts and media.
