High up on the 7th floor of VIAGE, the Chalet d’Altitude and its unique concept offers genuine Savoyard fondues and raclettes, cured meats, raclette sandwiches (the kitchen is open until midnight), all accompanied by Savoyard wines and cocktails in an after-ski atmosphere.

Visitors can expect a true Alpine chalet with delicious Savoyard dishes and warm up with comforting drinks, while enjoying a breathtaking views of the city, a perfect addition for celebrating the winter season in Brussels.

Behind this new project is a team of event and gastronomy enthusiasts: Miguel-Angel Perez Lavandera (LO group and Sportdhiver.be), François Houtmans (Feelink studio) and Matthieu Goussault (LO Group), who have already collaborated on the “les Belges font du ski” concept. The team already has numerous contacts with producers in the French mountains, providing the complementary skills needed to create the new Chalet d’Altitude.

Additionally, as the nearby Plaisirs d’Hiver chalets close at 10pm, Chalet d’Altitude opens every day from 5pm and makes it possible to eat late in Brussels, as the kitchen runs until midnight with a mountain snack menu.

Get transported to the alpine slopes with a 100% mountain menu, created by chefs David, Isaac and Frank, who have come specially from Annecy, using exceptional products.

Straight from the “Fruitières Moutiers”, enjoy an authentic Savoyard fondue with the famous Beaufort cheese, matured for 8 months. Farmhouse Reblochon from “Fruitières Chabert” (master cheese-maker since 1936), “Salaison du Mont-Blanc”, raclette au gratin or comforting tartiflette: all the mountain classics are revisited with authenticity. By favoring short circuits and working directly with producers, Chalet d’Altitude guarantees the freshness and quality of its ingredients at very democratic prices. A changing menu offers new discoveries every week, such as crozets, and is accompanied by a selection of seasonal wines, Belgian beers and local specialties.
