The Poet presents Champagne experience by Virgine T.

The Poet cocktail bar and restaurant at the Renaissance Brussels Hotel and the Virginie T. champagne house are presenting a unique experience in Brussels. For this ocassion, the winter quarters in The Poet library has been specially stocked with books on oenology by Belgium’s largest independent bookstore, Filigranes.

From October 3 to December 28, 2024, The Poet will offer an exceptional immersion in the refined world of Virginie T. champagne, with three distinct experiences, combining culinary elegance and festive emotion.

The Poet, located in the heart of the Brussels’ EU Quarter, is a place where gastronomy and refinement meet. The restaurant and bar offer a theatrical decor in harmony with the vibrant city, and the new champagne experience will only enrich the existing vibe of this spot. Three different options will be on offer for this occassion:

1. Early Evening Experience

To start the evening with sophistication, the Early Evening Experience offers a glass of Virginie T. champagne, accompanied by appetizers prepared by Chef Jérôme Ragon.

This moment of pure elegance allows you to savor the finesse of champagne in harmony with innovative and refined culinary creations, thus offering a perfect introduction to the world of Virginie T.

2. Late Evening Experience

To extend the pleasures of the evening, the Late Evening Experience revisits the concept of the  gourmet café. The concept: a glass of Virginie T. champagne, paired with a delicate assortment of  desserts, specially designed to complement the sweetness and complexity of the champagne. This exquisite duo is a perfect celebration of gastronomy and luxury.

“A celebration of taste and know-how not to be missed.”
