Illustrating Brussels: Foire du Livre

In our “Illustrating Brussels” series, we share some of the cool designs and illustrations by Belgian communication agencies, always with the focus on Brussels, its city life, culture, events, architecture, tourism and urban branding in general. This time, we share the works of AMBR agency, created for the Foire du Livre – the yearly Book Fair. This is an iconic event in Brussels’ cultural life and welcomes visitors from all walks of life. The communication of the fair revolves around its poster.

With different styles of writing presented, the Book Fair directly inspired a world of travel and peace. An atypical graphic universe, a palette of colors suggesting the calm and the representation of iconic buildings in Brussels, gave the following result…
