VeggieWorld 2019 in Brussels on 19th and 20th October!

Great news – VeggieWorld fairs returns to Brussels for its 3rd edition! The event will take place in Tour & taxis on the 19th and 20th October and it promises to be bigger than ever – more than 4,000 people who want to learn more about a vegan lifestyle are expected to visit the fair.

Thanks to the great success of the last edition, the 2019 edition that will be more ambitious than the first. Apart from vegan diets, there will be cosmetics, fashion, associations and new vegan products. Apart from the exhibitors, VeggieWorld also hosts exciting speakers and innovative chefs.

Paradise for vegans and a discovery treat for the curious
Besides the many exhibitors and food stalls, VeggieWorld is also known for its interesting lectures and cooking demos. You will also find plant-based clothing and cosmetics that make no compromises when it comes to form, colour and style. You’ll meet market entrants, people who have opted out, lateral thinkers, people who do things differently, and people who make things happen. It is a chance to meet people who live completely vegan and people who would like to see what a vegan diet is like and who would like to get to know this approach, step-by-step.

What will be exhibited at VeggieWorld
At VeggieWorld Brussels, you will be able to discover several vegan cheese stalls, in addition to the specialties of “Petit Véganne”. They make organic vegan cheese without coloring, preservatives or flavor enhancers. They are developing a range of high quality organic BIO specialties. Specifically marbled, flowery rind and spread – naturally without GLO (Gluten, Milk, Egg) and compatible with the living diet.
Last year, the “FANTOME” brand won the VeggieWorld Vegan Award in Paris with its SQUARE backpack and this year it will also showcase its innovative products in Belgium. All FANTOME products are made by hand, without animal matter or glue, to offer an alternative to leather.

On stage: culinary demos and specialized conferences
Beside the food and drink stands, there will also be conferences and cooking demos in French: The BOSH duo! is known in Belgium because the two social media experts regularly inspire their community with their cooking videos – they are vegan stars. Ian and Henry were already on the VeggieWorld stage last year and for many spectators, their show was the highlight of the day. This year, the two men behind BOSH! demonstrate on stage how easy it is to cook vegan.
Dutch-speaking visitors will also be taken care of, as there are lectures by dietitian Silke Desaever on how to reconcile veganism with children or EVA’s culinary demo – a blogger who delights her community with her vegan recipes.
Of course, VeggieWorld also offers many English speaking and cooking shows for the international audience.
