North District? You probably know it also by the name “Manhattan” or “business district”. It is not really known as one of the “cool” districts of Brussels but there are many initiatives which are trying to change that. The upcoming event on Tuesday, June 26th aims to show a new take on the main stakes of the North District.
Three urban projects by foreign experts will be presented. They will allow to look at the main stakes of the North District in a fresh way.
Following subjects will be addressed amongst others: a mixed use and activation of public space, transition to multi-tenant buildings and a particular accent will be given on the short-term actions that can be taken quickly.
