What a weekend in our city! We hope you enjoyed the beautiful weather and so many happenings – Iris Festival / Fête de l’ Iris / Iris Feest was the biggest one but there were also many other connected events, such as EU Open Day (in most EU institutions on Saturday) as well as the Avenue de Tervuren festival when the whole avenue closes and becomes a big playground.
During the Iris Festival Brussels unveiled its best side – people played together, met with friends and neighbors, took over streets, parks and city squares, the whole weekend couldn’t be any better.
