Palais de Justice has been under renovation since 2003. Progress has been slow. Very, very slow. So slow in fact, I read somewhere that the scaffolding around it has become corroded and unusable, in need of renovation itself. At this point I’ve just accepted it’s become part of the monument 🙂

My favourite thing about this place is that they could have done anything with it and they went with lining it almost completely with chocolate shops. (Can’t go wrong with that!)
