Photostory: Car Free Day in Brussels

Every year, the third Sunday in September is traditionally a car-free day in Brussels. The traffic was stopped in the Brussels Region for the day and  the ban is applied to all motorized vehicles, except vehicles with special permit (here and there one could have also seen a lone car with a foreign license plate).

We noticed that people enjoyed this car free day. The amount of bicycles and smiling people on the streets of Brussels was incredible. We roamed around Brussels’ neighborhoods and captured some amazing moments. Enjoy the photos below.
