WeLoveBrussels is always on the lookout for new creatives to join our team. Founded in 2014, we have grown into one of the biggest and most popular communication platforms in Brussels. We have a large creative community, more than 80.000 followers on social media channels and more than 1.2 million monthly impressions on Instagram. Our goal is to inspire the city with positive, creative and interesting content – photos, videos, articles and other engaging stories created by our contributors. We have many new projects in the pipeline and we are looking to expand our team of contributors.
Here is a list of the currently opened collaboration positions. Please bear in mind that random applications for other creative opportunities (communication, social media, events & PR, project management, video blogging, partnerships manager) are always welcome and would be taken into consideration on case to case basis.
Partnerships manager. Are you willing to be part of our growing project? We are looking for a person who has a mix of sales and marketing skills and is willing to connect WeLoveBrussels with other successful organisations, companies and institutions. The goal is to expand the supporters of our project and grow the list of our partners and sponsors.

Contributing Editor – A writer and coordinator that will help us create and communicate our amazing stories
We are looking for a contributing editor to join our team – someone to assist in editorial direction with the team and network of contributors, as well as finessing texts from small to large.
What to expect?
The position is perfect for someone interested in finding new stores, writing his/her own content and developing all parts of editorial calendar of our digital magazine. It will partly include coordination – updating documents, liaise with other contributors, partners who need resources at certain times so the ability to multi-task is highly appreciated. Your own input and creative ideas are most welcome and encouraged 🙂
You must also love to write and be happy to fit into the vision that we try to promote – creative, innovative, inspiring and happy city! Naturally, proof and copy-editing documents, writing intros, headlines, social media, and the occasional longer interview. In this respect you will help the Managing Editor with the articles that make the magazine run.

What we are looking for is all (or some) of the following:
- Write and copy-edit short and medium-length articles in specific theme (let us know your expertise & interests)
- Visit events on our behalf, report from the venue & write stories and reportages
- Text translation (from FR and NL) if possible/needed
- General assistance to the editorial team
- Update, proof, and schedule WordPress posts
- Contribute to social media management
- Help us improve the WeLoveBrussels brand & community
- Work with video, create new stories, interviews…
You should be completely fluent in the English language. Fluency in French and/or Dutch is quite helpful.
