Last weekend I was having a nice walk in the beautiful Jubelpark/Parc du Cinquantenaire. I love those liberate moments where I can walk around, discovering Brussels in different light settings, and just at my own tempo.
This huge parc is built in 1880 to celebrate the 50th birthday of the Belgian independence. If you are also in a mood for culture, you can spend your time visiting one of the three museums (Autoworld, Museum of the Army and History and the Royal Museum for Art and History).
I was lucky to enjoy a wonderful combination of this green oasis, the proud architecture and the colours of the golden hour in Brussels – highly recommended! 🙂
